The story behind their community work is deeply personal. A few years ago, the team discovered that one of their dedicated staff members was personally trying to feed children in a local township who were not receiving regular meals—some going days without food. She would gather them with a whistle and give them each a sandwich.
Nutriseed didn't hesitate. They immediately rallied around her and started supporting her efforts.
Today, that beautiful, heartfelt initiative has grown into a powerful commitment that has been running for over eight years. Nutriseed now works to feed 150 beautiful children every single Saturday.
It’s more than just providing a meal; it’s providing consistency, care, and a full heart. At the end of each year, the Nutriseed team looks forward to celebrating with these children, ensuring they feel loved and valued. They host a fun-filled day out, complete with loads of activities, plenty to eat and drink, and a small Christmas gift for each child. As they say: “It’s one of the best days of our year… we always leave with full hearts & the conviction to do more!”
